Our Coaching Approach
Our one-to-one coaching is based upon a partnership between your 'coachee' and our coach. Our skilled coaches use a combination of observation, questioning, listening and feedback to create a conversation rich in insight and learning. With a firm focus on achieving the agreed goals and business benefits, coachees on our programmes experience a focus and level of attention that enables them to develop greater self-awareness and appreciation of their own circumstances. Our coaches challenge and support them in defining solutions and strategies to overcome difficulties and achieve performance goals.

All coaching assignments include a free initial one hour consultation meeting.
