Learn to recognise early warning signs. These might be emotional (irritability, detachment), physical (sleep issues, fatigue) or behavioural (procrastination, withdrawal).
Reassess boundaries. Coaching can support you in defining what you will and won’t take on, and how to communicate that.
Experiment with recovery. Small, consistent actions—breaks, movement, reflective time—are more sustainable than periodic big fixes.
