Managing Personal Capacity

Sustained high pressure has become the norm for many professionals. The result is often depletion, reactive working or burnout.

Coaching guidance:

  • Learn to recognise early warning signs. These might be emotional (irritability, detachment), physical (sleep issues, fatigue) or behavioural (procrastination, withdrawal).

  • Reassess boundaries. Coaching can support you in defining what you will and won’t take on, and how to communicate that.

  • Experiment with recovery. Small, consistent actions—breaks, movement, reflective time—are more sustainable than periodic big fixes.
