Meet Sarah

Executive Coach and Imposter Syndrome Expert

I’m Sarah Jaggers, and I’ve spent the past fifteen years supporting senior professionals, directors and executives to move past self-doubt, embrace their strengths and step into leadership with confidence. Before focusing on coaching full-time, I spent eighteen years in senior management roles across financial services and technology, leading major, global service delivery and change programmes.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology, and an MBA, alongside extensive training in coaching psychology. I use this evidence-based foundation to create coaching that is both practical and deeply transformative.

If you’re ready to move beyond self-doubt, embrace your strengths and navigate your next leadership challenge with clarity and confidence, I’d be delighted to work with you.

My Approach

I specialise in working with professionals, particularly women and those stepping into new roles, who experience imposter syndrome, perfectionism or a lack of confidence despite their achievements.

My coaching blends:

  • Coaching psychology and evidence-based methods to change patterns of self-doubt

  • Leadership transition strategies to prepare you for new challenges

  • Structured behavioural exercises to embed confidence and authentic presence

I like to think of myself as a supportive, honest guide. Clients often describe me as a trusted “critical friend”, helping them see their strengths, explore possibilities, and take deliberate steps forward.

What clients have said about working with me

  • Sarah helped me to bring an idea closer to reality. She explained and supported me in getting in the right direction without judging the reasons why I still had not done something or had not time to do more on my project. She understood well that it can be challenging to work, look after a family and trying to bring a project alive. I can only thank Sarah for her patience and support!

  • My coaching experience far exceeded my expectations. over the course of coaching, my experiences and aims did alter slightly in response to challenges in the work place. Sarah was incredibly supportive, open and curious that I explore these with her deeply, and perfectly encouraged me to make my own personal strategies around these challenges. Specifically, presentation skills and experiences were a key objective of mine to tackle through coaching. By reflecting with Sarah on the underlying issues and hurdles, and by considering each new presentation experience with her, I was able to identify which approach actually worked out for me. She also made me feel comfortable in acknowledging that I am someone who enjoys structure, and to play to my strengths. I feel more equipped and confident following my coaching experience. Thank you!

A great mix of commercial, organisational and inter-personal experience. I thoroughly recommend her.

  • Sarah is an excellent coach, really making an effort to understand the details behind your business and people issues

  • Sarah is an excellent coach. She helped to pinpoint the issues holding me back as a non-executive director and to develop effective solutions to address them. She has had a lasting impact on the way that I work and present myself.

  • I have worked with Sarah personally and recommended her to my clients. She is professional, supportive and very good at understanding what makes someone tick.I can recommend her as an excellent coach and a lovely person!
