​Structure
The programme uniquely integrates the context and objectives/goals from three entities:
  • the firm/company
  • the department or team
  • the individual
 
into a tailored programme which is unique to each participating individual. By 'anchoring' the goals of the firm and the team with the individual's personal aspirations and career ambitions, the meaning and value of the programme to the participants is significantly enhanced and achieves greater impact.

Our Special Offer

The programme typically runs for 6-9 months. If you're new to Managing Change we recognise that enrolling groups of people may seem to be a bigger commitment than you're ready for at the moment.
