We provide discrete, dignified, professional outplacement for those moving on from your business.

Our outplacement support programmes are designed specifically to meet your needs and budget. We work with employees at all levels of seniority and across all job functions whether in professional, technical, scientific, administration or specialist roles.

Our approach
Our approach is focused on providing dedicated, personal support from appropriately matched, experienced career coaches. We provide practical skills development and emotional support to build confidence, encourage a proactive approach and guide candidates to be successful in effective career management, personal marketing and job seeking. We take the time to get to know each person, helping them to understand their strengths, needs, aspirations, skills and values; to take stock of their career to date; to help them find a fulfilling new direction; and to secure that job.

We provide both tailored support programmes and a range of packaged programmes. ​Participants on our programmes typically achieve:
