FIRST - OFTEN - WELL
- In other words, when people are looking for coaching and outplacement support, I want them to think of us FIRST – that is, we are the first port of call.
- I want them to be reminded of us OFTEN in the coaching and outplacement context
- When they do think of us, I want that to be WELL, that is favourably and positively
