Our one-to-one coaching is based upon a partnership between your 'coachee' and our coach. Our skilled coaches use a combination of observation, questioning, listening and feedback to create a conversation rich in insight and learning. With a firm focus on achieving the agreed goals and business benefits, coachees on our programmes experience a focus and level of attention that enables them to develop greater self-awareness and appreciation of their own circumstances. Our coaches challenge and support them in defining solutions and strategies to overcome difficulties and achieve goals.

Our coaching programmes are supported by our 360° feedback tools and selected psychometric instruments.
All coaching assignments include a free initial one hour consultation meeting.

Our Approach to Executive Coaching

When beginning a new project, we seek first to understand you, your business and your people along with your aspirations, context and objectives. We are strongly focused on positive outcomes and achieving value for your business.

We use a 'person-centred' approach based upon a philosophy of respect and positive regard for you and your people. We don't tell you or them what to do, but instead work with each person to recognise and leverage their strengths, attributes and values, thus helping them define solutions and implement them in order to achieve their goals.

When you work with us, each person has the opportunity to meet with and select the executive coach they feel they can best work with from our team of coaches. This rapport and 'fit' are essential elements to an excellent coaching outcome. Our coaches share an excellence in calibre, experience and ethical approach – yet all coach in their own unique way using reputable and proven techniques and approaches to deliver outstanding results.
