Covid-19: Supporting you and your teams in this difficult time
I hope you're safe and well as we continue in this difficult time with Coronavirus.
Business continues as normal for us with the usual modifications. Most of our coaching sessions now take place via Zoom, Teams, etc. We are also happy to hold face-to-face meetings again in our Cambridge office and at other suitably safe venues, including your offices, given compliance with current Covid-19 health guidelines. Additionally, we are holding one-to-one and small group coaching sessions walking in the outdoors. This can be a great way to explore situations, get creative and feel inspired. Sessions outside the virtual arena are all held by mutual consent with the coach. If you request an in-person meeting we will ask you to confirm your Covid status and to comply with current health guidance during the session. In this way we can keep your development work progressing and maybe help you to make the most of this enforced 'quiet' time, in a safe way.
A lot of people continue to struggle with the isolation faced with lengthy periods of working from home. It's a sad irony that as our need for social connection increases in times of difficulty, we have to practice social distancing to keep us all protected. Reaching out to help, and to be helped, is important to our emotional well-being. In the meantime you might be interested in some of the concerns we are hearing about as people continue to work from home, as outlined in a recent article The New Normal of Working from Home is Not Normal.
If there are other ways in which you would like us to help you or your teams during this period do let me know. In the meantime, I wish you much productive time and light at the end of this tunnel!
Keep well and connected.
Best wishes
Sarah and the team
