Maternity Leave Coaching

Over the next six years, women are expected to take two-thirds of high-skilled roles in the UK (UK Commission for Employment and Skills). Women already fill a significant proportion of professional roles, and by 2020, 49% of women are predicted to have degree level qualifications.
Combining motherhood and a successful career - take our survey
Picture
In almost all businesses the proportion of women in senior positions declines significantly at around the age of thirty. From this age onwards women are proportionally under-represented in senior roles. Whilst the number of women returning to their previous positions has increased in recent years, those resuming their career trajectory has not. This represents a needless and expensive loss of talent to business.

For both organisations and individuals, specialist maternity coaching provides an important and effective intervention at this critical time. It enables women to make appropriate career choices to suit their situation, preferences and aspirations while enabling organisations to retain their talented performers, realising their development investment and accessing their future potential.

Meet the Coaches
Our maternity coaches provide specialist support and a confidential sounding board to executive and professional women. Being ‘outsiders’ to the company, they have no agenda on the woman's career and provide an objective detachment, helping each woman find the best solution to her particular circumstances: whether that means a rapid return to work or a delayed or indefinite return. All are highly experienced executive coaches who have successfully juggled the demands of babies, families and careers in different ways.
